Hiba El Ayal is a Lebanese lady born in UAE , 1987 . She holds a bachelor degree of Biology from Beirut Arab University 2009 , she has a diversified experience in different multinational corporate companies. Because of her passion in education & its role in her own self-development , she crossed continents to follow her dream.  She is a graduate of " Unleash the power within " Which is Tony Robbins signature event in Excel, London 2017. Hiba is a passionate human being who is trying to reach as many people as possible through speaking platforms to help them live a life full of passion. She joined Andy Harrington's Professional Speakers' Academy 2017 & got certified as a Professional Public Speaker . ​ ​ Hiba hosted several corporate events & shared stage with Najahi Events organizers with her personal coach Jean-Pierre De Villiers & worked with "The Ministry of Education" in UAE by delivering a workshop to teachers in order to orient their students on finding their career passion. She also inspired entrepreneurs at "Arab Innovation Congress , " Dubai , 2018.  ​ ​    Hiba decided to contribute to this world by offering her clients coaching sessions where she coaches them based on her system that is a step-by-step  guide to find more pleasure & purpose in life. She also inspires her audience through public speaking in order to influence individuals to live , love , give passionately.  Hiba never imagined that all what she learnt throught her different careers would align in the perfect manner! She strated writing, then launching, then building foundations & communities till she used every single skill to pave the way for talents in todays world to aspire and empower them to achieve thier dreams!
